On June 15, Consul General Uchikawa met with Ms. Chantal Rouleau, Minister Responsible for Social Solidarity and Community Action, and Minister Responsible for the Metropolis and the Montréal Region. They exchanged views on a wide range of issues, including the current situation of Quebec.
