On October 23, Consul General Uchikawa met with Université Laval Vice-Rectors Mr. André Darveau and Mr. François Gélineau. They discussed a range of topics, including courses related to the Japanese language, politics, and economy, academic exchanges with universities in Japan, and the promotion of Japanese culture in Quebec.
