On July 8, Consul General Uchikawa met with Ms. Pauline Marois, Chancellor of the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM) and former Premier of Quebec. They discussed a range of topics, including courses related to the Japanese language, politics, and economy at UQAM, exchanges with universities in Japan, and the promotion of Japanese culture in Quebec.
