Official visit to Québec City (March 13, 2024)

On March 13, Consul General Uchikawa undertook an official visit to Québec City. He met, among other dignitaries, Lieutenant-Governor Manon Jeannotte, President of the National Assembly Nathalie Roy, Minister of the French Language Jean-François Roberge, Minister of International Relations and La Francophonie Martine Biron, and Minister Responsible for Seniors and for Health Sonia Bélanger. These meetings involved candid exchanges of ideas and opinions on strengthening bilateral relations between Japan and Quebec, and on the mutual challenges, for the future.
