On January 30, Consul General Uchikawa attended the Exchange of New Year’s Greetings reception with the members of the Consular Corps, hosted by Mr. François Legault, Premier of Quebec, and Ms. Martine Biron, Minister of International Relations and La Francophonie. Mr. Uchikawa introduced himself as the newly appointed Consul General of Japan to Mr. Legault, and they exchanged opinions on the future development of Japan-Quebec relations.
