International Tourism and Travel Show (November 3 to 5, 2023)
The International Tourism and Travel Show took place in Montreal from November 3rd to 5th. Under the lead of the Japan National Tourism Organization (JNTO) Toronto office and in collaboration with the Consulate General of Japan in Montreal, a “Japan booth” was held to actively promote tourism in Japan. It is with great satisfaction that we noted the significant interest of attendees in choosing the Land of the Rising Sun as a travel destination. The Japan booth witnessed a steady stream of visitors each day, reaffirming Japan's growing allure in the realm of tourism. We foresee a continuous rise in the number of travelers choosing Japan in the near future! This Consulate will continue to implement projects aimed at familiarizing Canadians with Japan.
