The 2023 edition of Sci-Fi convention HAL-CON, which celebrated its 13th anniversary, was a resounding success! The Consulate General of Japan was on-site to promote the Japan Exchange and Teaching (JET) Programme, MEXT Scholarships and Japanese culture during the 3 days of the event, with the support of JETAA Quebec/Atlantic. Consul General Uchikawa visited the site on October 27 and noticed the sheer enthusiasm of the countless participants. A heartfelt applause to the organizers of HAL-CON!
