Consul General Saito’s visit to Québec City (September 13 and 14, 2023)

On September 13 and 14, Consul General Saito went to Quebec City to greet dignitaries from the Old Capital before the end of his tenure. It was with emotion that he bid farewell to Lieutenant Governor of Québec J. Michel Doyon, to President of the National Assembly of Québec Nathalie Roy, to Minister of International Relations and La Francophonie Martine Biron, to Minister Responsible for Relations with the First Nations and the Inuit Ian Lafrenière and to Mayor of Quebec City Bruno Marchand. The Consul General would like to express his deepest gratitude to people in Quebec City for their warm welcome during each of his visits.
