On June 21, Consul General Saito was invited to a reception to celebrate Quebec National Day organized by Premier François Legault. It was a golden opportunity to converse with various guests such as Lieutenant Governor of Quebec J. Michel Doyon, Minister of International Relations and La Francophonie Martine Biron as well as consuls general of different countries in a festive and lively atmosphere.
