Visit to the Montreal University Hospital Center (CHUM) (April 25, 2023)

On April 25, Consul General Saito met with Dr. Frédéric Abergel, CEO of the Montreal University Hospital Center (CHUM), who began his tenure in February of this year. The Consul General considering the health and safety of Japanese residents as a high priority, the primary purpose of this visit was to establish the foundations for a friendly and trusting relationship. Together, they visited the Hospital Center, and Dr. Abergel provided explanations about the latest clinical equipment and the steadfast development of the medical system in place.
