The 25th Atlantic Canada Japanese Language Speech Contest (March 11, 2023)

On March 11, the 25th Atlantic Canada Japanese Language Speech Contest was held at Saint Mary's University in Halifax. Consul General Jun Saito delivered an online speech, greeting and encouraging the 15 contestants at the event’s opening. The promotion of Japanese language learning, contributing to the strengthening of Japan-Canada relations, is one of the most important missions of the Consulate General of Japan, which will continue to support the development of Japanese language education in the Atlantic Provinces.
