On Wednesday, November 16, Consul General Jun Saito welcomed to his official residence Mr. Yosei Ide, State Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, as the latter was visiting Montreal to attend the WADA (World Anti-Doping Agency) Foundation Board Meeting. Together, they exchanged ideas and opinions on a variety of subjects, and the Consul General painted a portrait of Japan-Quebec relations and the unique characteristics of Quebec.
