From October 28 to 30, 2022, the International Tourism & Travel Show was held at the Palais des Congrès de Montréal. The event, said to be one-of-a-kind in Canada, included the Toronto office of the Japan National Tourism Organization (JNTO) among its exhibitors. Consul General Saito made a point to visit their booth, which they held for the first time in three years. With travel restrictions to Japan having been relaxed, the Consulate General of Japan is now committed more than ever to promoting tourism, aiming to introduce the charms and beauty of the Land of the Rising Sun to more visitors.
