Consul General Saito’s business trip to Toronto (September 18 and 19, 2022)
Visit to The Japan Foundation, Toronto (September 19, 2022)
On Monday, September 19, Consul General Saito visited The Japan Foundation, Toronto, during a business trip to the Ontario capital, where he engaged, along with the former Executive Director of the institution and her successor, in a comprehensive exchange of ideas and opinions on the promotion of Japanese culture in Quebec and the Atlantic provinces. The Consulate General of Japan in Montreal strongly wishes to continue to collaborate with the institution and thus promote the dissemination and exposure of Japanese culture.
Meeting with the Japan-Canada Chamber of Commerce Council (September 18 and 19, 2022)
On September 18 and 19, Consul General Saito took part in a meeting with the Japan-Canada Chamber of Commerce Council while on a business trip to Toronto, where he presented the broad strokes of Japan-Quebec relations as well the unique characteristics of the Province of Quebec, addressing especially the members of the Japanese delegation.
