Visit to Montréal-Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport (August 2, 2022)

On Tuesday, August 2, Consul General Jun SAITO made his way to Montréal-Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport (YUL) and met with President and Chief Executive Officer of Aéroports de Montréal Philippe Rainville to discuss the broad lines of local airport activity and visited the state-of-the-art baggage sorting site in the airport's restricted area. Many Japanese transit through Montréal-Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport, notably for direct flights to and from Narita International Airport in Japan. Another meeting in the future would be most welcome to discuss in greater detail the strategies for improving the surrounding facilities and the general convenience.
