On March 19, Consul General SAITO was at Montreal Hoshuko School as Honorary Principal to attend the Graduation Ceremony of 16 students, 8 at the primary level and 8 at the secondary level, where he gave a congratulatory address. He wishes each student much vitality and success for the future.
