On February 4, Consul General Jun SAITO made a courtesy visit to Ms. Magda Fusaro, Rector of Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM), to discuss the current situation around universities in Quebec, and at UQAM in particular, as well as the revitalization of interuniversity exchanges of students and researchers.
