On December 1, Consul General Jun SAITO took part in a networking event hosted by the Quebec-Japan Business Forum (QJBF), during which he spoke formally on the economic, cultural, and human resources strengthening ties between Japan and Quebec. It was a golden opportunity to gather business persons playing a central role in the development of economic Japan-Quebec relations, with Ambassador KAWAMURA and the Assistant Deputy Minister for Bilateral Relations at the MRIF also in attendance.
