Official Visit of Consul General Izawa to Prince Edward Island (August 24 to 25, 2021)

During their official visit to Prince Edward Island from August 24 to 25, 2021, Consul General Izawa and Vice Consul Makizono made courtesy calls to the Honorable Antoinette Perry, Lieutenant Governor of PEI, the Honorable Jamie Fox, Minister of Fisheries and Communities of PEI, and Dr. Alaa Abd-El-Aziz, President and Vice-Chancellor of the University of Prince Edward Island. Consul General Izawa and Vice Consul Makizono also met with Ms. Stefanie Corbett, Innovation PEI representative and Mr. Hojo of Hojo's Sushi Burrito to exchange views on the strengthening of ties between Japan and the island province.
