Consul General Izawa’s online lecture on Japan’s foreign policy (February 19, 2021)

On February 19, Consul General Izawa gave a lecture on Japan’s foreign policy at the Ministry of International Relations and La Francophonie’s new diplomatic training center online, during “The Free and Open Indo-Pacific” session. The twenty-some participants from the Ministry, including those in charge of Japan, were able to exchange views on various topics in a lively fashion.
