On October 30, Consul General Izawa seized the opportunity to invite Mr. David Brulotte, Delegate-General of Quebec to Tokyo returning to Montreal for a few days, to a reception welcoming Japan-Quebec culture and business professionals at his official residence. The evening got off to a productive start with Delegate-General Brulotte giving a talk on Quebec's financial merits.
