Air Canada reception in celebration of their new Montreal – Tokyo direct flight (April 11, 2018)
On April 11, Consul General Hideaki Kuramitsu attended the Air Canada reception held at Montréal 360° Space in celebration of their new direct flight between Montréal-Trudeau Airport and Narita Airport in Japan starting June 1 of this year.
Ms. Lucie Guillemette, Air Canada Executive Vice President, Mr. Philippe Rainville, Aéroports de Montréal President and CEO, Ms. Valérie Plante, Mayor of Montreal, and Mr. Robert Beaudry, Ville-Marie City Councillor, were among the 200 or so guests greeted by Consul General Kuramitsu, who mentioned in his address that the establishment of this direct flight would dynamize exchanges between Japan and the Province of Quebec in addition to greatly contributing to the strengthening of their bilateral relation.
