Japanese cooking demonstration offered by Mr. Takashi Tamura, third generation chef at “Tsukiji Tamura” (January 31, 2018)




On January 31, the Consul General of Japan in Montreal, Mr. Hideaki Kuramitsu, participated in the Japanese food seminar which was held at the restaurant “Montréal Plaza” as part of “the certification program of Japanese Food and Ingredient Supporter Stores Overseas” designed by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries of Japan. Mr. Takashi Tamura, third generation chef at “Tsukiji Tamura”, gave a Japanese cooking demonstration using ingredients from Japan.
