On September 27th, Consul General Kuramitsu went on a business trip to Quebec City to confer with the Minister of Energy and Natural Resources, Mr. Pierre Arcand.
Mr. Arcand having recently visited Japan in September, a lively discussion on ways of sustaining favorable collaborations between Japan and Quebec Province in the field of natural resources ensued with Consul General Kuramitsu. The newly appointed delegate general of Quebec in Tokyo, Ms. Luci Tremblay, also participated in the exchange on this important topic.
