McGill English Immersion Summer Program (August 25, 2017)

On August 25, 2017, Consul General of Japan, Mr. Hideaki Kuramitsu, attended a reception held in honor of the 76 Participants of the McGill University English Immersion Summer Program (EISP)’s August Session.
EISP provides participating students a cultural and linguistic immersion to both improve their English language skills as well as learn about Canadian and Quebecois culture. This year, the August Session of the programme welcomed 69 Japanese students in Montreal.
Consul General Kuramitsu expressed his gratitude to the McGill School of Continuing Studies for hosting this initiative, and also congratulated all Participants for their efforts, and encouraged them on their international journey toward a fruitful future.
