On April 21, Mr. Yuji Kubo, Deputy Consul General, attended the opening of the flower arrangement exhibition “Celebration” presented by the Montreal Section of Ikebana International (I.I.), which celebrates its 45th anniversary this year. M. Hideaki Kuramitsu, Consul General, has also visited the exhibition.
