The 5th anniversary of the Quebec Association of Chadô Urasenke Tankôkai (April 2, 2017)

The Quebec Association of Chadô Urasenke Tankôkai, which gathers learners of the principles of tea ceremony, celebrated its fifth anniversary on April 2nd in Quebec City. As Honorary Counsellor of the association, Mr. Hideaki Kuramitsu, Consul General, also joined the event. The participants engaged in a tea ceremony and enjoyed a traditional Japanese-style meal, also known as “washoku”.
